CAPI Integration
Helorobo now supports Meta Conversions API (CAPI). With this feature, key user actions that occur during a conversation are sent directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from the server side.
What Does CAPI Do?
- Server-Side Tracking: Sends data without being affected by browser limitations.
- More Accurate Tracking: Captures actions like add-to-cart, order placement, and form submissions without loss.
- Improved Ad Performance: Enables Facebook ad algorithms to work more efficiently.
- Privacy Compliance: Ensures alignment with regulations such as GDPR and KVKK.
Channel-Based CAPI Activation
- Each customer can activate CAPI integration per channel.
- When this setting is enabled, all user actions during chats on that specific channel will be sent to Meta.
- Each channel (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram DM, LiveChat, etc.) can have its own independent CAPI configuration.
