Facebook Channel Setup

You can set up the Facebook Messenger communication channel from the App Settings > Channel Settings page.
Follow the steps below to complete the setup process.

IMPORTANT

To connect your Facebook Messenger channel, you must have a Facebook Business Account.
Otherwise, the setup process cannot be completed.

Start Setup

• When you click the "Set Up" button, a pop-up window will appear. Click the "Continue" button to proceed using your Facebook profile credentials.

Permission Authorization

This page provides information about the permissions required to complete the HeloRobo setup.
The setup is completed based on the permissions granted.

Setup Complete

• Congratulations! Your Facebook Messenger channel has been successfully connected.
