  1. Quick setup feature for WhatsApp communication channel:

    You can set up the WhatsApp communication channel via the AgentApp web interface.

  2. Import of message backup:

    After setting up your existing WhatsApp number with HeloRobo, you can import your chat history in .json format before the setup. We provide support in this regard.

  3. Emailing of report documents to administrators:

    Reports intended for administrators can now be automatically received via email at specified intervals, in addition to being viewed from the web interface. You can enable one or multiple periods in the settings page.

  4. Display of product prices in T-Soft e-commerce integration including/excluding VAT:

    If your e-commerce integration is with T-Soft, you can choose to display the price of the product in "including VAT" or "excluding VAT" format when sharing products. You can enable or disable this option from your settings page.

  5. Channel filtering added to messaging report:

    You can now filter messaging reports not based on channel type but directly on the respective channel.

  6. Message notification setting added to integration settings:

    In a chat where your e-commerce site is not a member, credit card option is not offered at the order payment stage. You can enable or disable the notification message for this process.

  7. Updated product sharing and adding to cart view for e-commerce integration:

    You can drag and drop any product from your product catalog to share it or directly add it to the cart from the customer chat. Changes have been made to the views related to this process.
