Feature Descriptions
- Thinker Actions - Added Assign to Operator tool.
Thanks to the Assign to Operator tool, the chat is assigned to the designated operator when the flow reaches this step. It falls into the "Contacts" list of the relevant operator.
- Thinker Actions - Added customer tagging tool.
Thanks to the customer tagging tool, when the flow arrives at this step, the customer with whom the conversation is taking place is assigned the specified tag.
3rd Thinker Actions - Added Chat Archiving tool.
The Chat Archiving tool automatically archives the chat when the flow reaches this step and sends it to the "Archived Contacts" list.
- During the deletion process, the ability to send the chats from the deleted operator to the waiting list or archive has been configured.
In the operator deletion process, you can either archive all the conversations from the relevant operator or send them to the "Pending Contacts" list.
