Feature Descriptions
- Automatic Chat Assignment infrastructure for waiting chats has been developed.
You can manage the automatic distribution of waiting chats to operators through this screen. After enabling the Automatic Assignment setting, you can define how often assignments are made, the maximum number of chats that can be assigned to each operator per assignment cycle, and the order in which chats are distributed. You can also fully control the process by selecting the operators who will receive assignments.
In the Automatic Assignment Hours section, you can define assignment hours specific to each day of the week. By adding multiple assignment intervals within a day, you can create flexible shift plans. This ensures that waiting chats are automatically assigned only during defined times, making the operation more efficient.
