How can I extend the duration of chats?

Send Template Message

According to WhatsApp guidelines, the chat session expires 24 hours after your customer's last message is sent. This is a rule of WhatsApp APIs, and HeloRobo has no control over this rule.

After 24 hours have passed, you can only send a 'Template Message'. If your customers respond to the template, the session is restarted, and the validity period is extended.

You can send a template like the one below to inform your customers that you want to communicate with them.

When the 'Yes' button is clicked, a response is received from the customer, and the session is restarted.
