What's New / Improvements

1. Added minimap and navigation to Thinker flow drawing screen.

Feature Descriptions

1. Added minimap and navigation to Thinker flow drawing screen.

2. It has been enabled to create the flow content with "JSON import" on the Thinker flow drawing screen. The created workflow can be exported as JSON and now a workflow can be drawn by importing it with a JSON document.

3. Added "message info" feature for agent (operator). It creates a record in the relevant chat content about the actions taken by the operators over the chat or the actions taken automatically by the system. Only operators can see these records.

4. Bulk Archiving feature has been introduced for chats in the "Contacts" and "Waiting Contacts" area.
