Feature Details
- Meta Audience Management Improved.
It is now possible to define and manage your target audience directly through HeloRobo when creating Meta Engagement ads. A "Audiences" section has been added under the Ad Management menu.
Supported audience types:
- Custom Audience – Created by uploading a customer list (email / phone).
- Lookalike Audience – Users similar to an existing audience are automatically identified.
- Saved Audience – Created using age range, location, and interest filters.
Created audiences can be reused across multiple campaigns.

- Automatic DM on Comment Feature Added.
Comments on Instagram and Facebook posts can now be used as automatic DM triggers. An "Auto Message on Comment" section has been added under Channel Settings > Ad Settings menu.
With this feature;
- Automatic DMs in text or link format can be sent to comments containing a specific word or phrase.

- Call Permission Request Message Template Support Added.
A new template type has been added to WhatsApp message templates. Businesses can now create templates to request permission from users to make voice calls over WhatsApp. The ability to call customers via WhatsApp will also be added soon. With this template, you will be able to send a call permission request to your customers and quickly call those who grant permission.
