   You can determine the position of LiveChat on the site as live support.

   You can view the keyboard shortcuts available for use on the flow drawing screen.

   

4. Capability to create channel-less flows in Thinker.

   Apart from channel-based flows (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LiveChat), you can now create channel-independent flows. When creating channel-independent flows, you will only see common tools on the drawing screen.
