How can I launch my Thinker flow?

You can launch the messaging flows created with Thinker through various methods.

From the Chat Window

  • Enable Thinker Mode for the Chat

This method allows you to instantly connect the relevant chat to the flow or set it to start after the customer's message by marking the "Start after customer message" option.

From the Channel Settings Page

You can activate Thinker and select the corresponding flow in the following areas by accessing through Application Settings > Channel Settings.

  • Welcome Message
  • Business Hours Message
  • Removal from Archive Message

NOTE: Thinker can be used simultaneously with these methods.
