At HeloRobo, we care about the security of your data and manage our data retention processes transparently. We apply specific retention periods and offer backup options so that you can access your data whenever you need it.

Important Date

The data retention processes below are effective as of December 1, 2026.

We Store Your Media for 6 Months

As long as you continue using HeloRobo, your media is stored covering the last 6 months.

If you would like to keep your media for a longer period, you can use our Google Drive backup feature.

Google Drive Backup

To back up, go to App Settings → Google Drive Backup in your HeloRobo panel.

We Keep Your Data for 3 More Months After Your Contract Ends

If you stop using HeloRobo, or if your service is not renewed after your contract expires, your data is kept in our system for up to 3 months. We recommend backing up any data you need within this period.
