Innovations / Enhancements

1. Sorting by "Number of Chats Used" has been added to the Thinker streaming list.
2. In the Waiting People field, the total number of waiting people per channel and total number of waiting people were shown.
3. Note tool was added to Thinker.
4. Average feature has been added to the workflow drawing screen.

Fixes

1. Fixed the issue that the deleted user also appears in the team list.
2. Shading has been added to all pop-up windows.
3. Improvement was made in the variable selection area in the "Ask Question" tool in Thinker.
4. The name multiplexing problem in the Operator Performance Report has been fixed.
5. Improvements were made in file names downloaded from AgentApp panel.

Feature Descriptions

1. The Thinker flow list is now sorted by "Number of Chats Used".

2. In the Waiting People field, display the number of waiting people by channel and total number of waiting people

3. Added Note tool to Thinker. NOTE: It has no effect on the running flow. It can be used anywhere in the flow where notes need to be taken.

4. Average feature has been added to the workflow drawing screen.
