    • Font size and appearance in chat lists have been enhanced for a livelier view.

    • Previously read chats can now be marked as unread.

  3. Bulk archiving feature for Pending Contacts on a channel basis

    • You can now filter and archive pending contact chats on a channel basis. Date range can also be specified in the filtering process.
    • You can access this feature through Application Settings > Channel Settings page, from the editing page of the relevant channel.

  4. Date column added to Customer Tag and Note report

    • You can now view the assignment date of tags assigned to chats in the Customer Tag and Note report. Date range can also be specified in the filtering area.

  5. Quick filtering for chats in Pending Contacts on a channel basis

    • You can see the total number of pending contacts in the Pending Contacts list. When you click on the relevant channel name in the list, you can quickly filter pending chats only in the selected channel.

  6. Notification added for new questions in Trendyol integration

    • You will see a notification icon on the menu when you receive a new question for a product on Trendyol marketplace.
