Feature Descriptions

1. Flow Store

   Now in Thinker, you can not only create workflows from scratch but also use ready-made workflows from the Flow Store. The workflows available in the store are in sample and standard structure. When you upload the workflow, you can make updates and enrich it with different tools.

   

   

2. Trendyol Integration

   You can now respond to customer inquiries coming from Trendyol through HeloRobo. All you need to do is connect your account. For detailed information about the setup process, you can click on the link below.

3. Telegram Integration

   You can connect your Telegram account to the HeloRobo panel.

   

4. Thinker Delay Tool

   With the Delay tool you add to the workflow, you can set the delivery time of the next message within the flow. You can pause the flow for a certain period at this point.

   

5. Additional Fields Designed on the AgentApp Login Page

   On the AgentApp Login page; campaign announcements, HeloRobo Academy, mobile app download buttons, buttons to follow developments, WhatsApp channel link, and buttons to reach our other social media accounts have been added.
