1. Hepsiburada Integration You can now respond to customer inquiries about your products on Hepsiburada through HeloRobo. Simply connect your account to get started.

2. Template Message added to Thinker flow tools Details: Template Message Tool

3. Countdown tool added for WhatsApp chats A countdown tool has been added to manage the 24-hour rule of the WhatsApp API for chat session duration. Click here for details on the 24-hour rule.

4. Document links added for channel setups We've prepared some documents to assist you in connecting your communication channels. Click on "Get Info" to access the documentation for the respective channel.

5. New fields added to the operator authorization window Authorization is required for operators with the "USER" type. We've added two new fields to the authorization window:

   • Activate/deactivate permission to take chats from another representative. If activated, this operator can take chats from another operator.
   • Activate/deactivate access to Thinker. Enables access to Thinker flows.

   

6. "Search" field added to the operator list If your operator list is long, the "Search Operator" field allows you to quickly find the name you want to reach.
