HeloBot is an AI-powered feature of HeloRobo. It can respond to your customers without the need for an operator, based on the content you specify. The initiation scenarios are as follows:

• Manually in the conversation area
• Automatically:

  • Unarchive scenario

2. LiveChat Guest Mode

Now your customers can quickly get in touch without filling out a form. They can later fill in the form details from the "User" section at the top.

3. LiveChat Ice Breakers

Now, when the chat first opens, there will be predefined buttons, and customers can directly send these messages to the operator by clicking on them.
