Use HeloRobo's Cart Reminder feature for customers who forget items in their cart or fail to complete their purchase. Ensure you never miss an opportunity!

• 1. Access it from App Settings > Integration Settings under the Cart Reminder section.
• 2. Add a new reminder.

• 1. Specify a name.
• 2. Select a channel.
• 3. Set the reminder time (in hours).
• 4. Add your message content.
• 5. If ready, click Save.
