Feature Details
- Webhook Actions were developed for the Tsoft integration.
With this enhancement, you can instantly track important order activities in your Tsoft store and automatically send your predefined WhatsApp message templates to your customers.

and other webhook triggers can be managed from the Webhook Actions area on the Application Settings > Integration Settings page; you can select a channel, define a message template, and manage your automated flows.

- The IVR (Verimor) integration was enhanced and the Order Status inquiry feature was added.
With the IVR (Verimor) integration, Call Management features have been introduced. Within this scope, customers can configure their key menu as they wish. Incoming calls can be routed to the relevant agent queue through the configured menu, or the order status can be retrieved from the integration based on the caller's number and delivered to the customer via automated voice response. This enhancement reduces the customer service workload while enabling users to access order information 24/7.
