Feature Descriptions
- Improved “Select from Directory” for Single Message Template Sending
When typing into the name or phone field in the Single Message Template sending screen, chat names matching the entered information are now automatically displayed. With this improvement, users no longer need to know the recipient’s number, making the selection process much easier. 
- Opt-in Scenario for Marketing Messages.
With the new opt-in development, sending marketing messages to customers who previously opted out is now automatically prevented. This ensures that customer preferences are fully managed by the system.

- Enhanced Segment-based Message Template Sending
The segment-based Message Template sending feature has been improved. You can now segment customers who do not wish to receive marketing messages or specific label groups and send templates more strategically, enabling more targeted communication. 
- Message Template Improvements
Message templates have been updated to align with Meta’s button structure. Previously, only quick reply or action buttons could be added separately, but now both types can be used within a single message template. Additionally, a coupon code button has been added to action buttons, enabling campaign coupon delivery via marketing messages.
