Feature Descriptions
- WhatsApp Calling feature has been added.
With the WhatsApp Calling feature, you can manage your call process with customers via WhatsApp directly from within HeloRobo. You can answer calls with a single click on the message screen, track the call status in real time during the conversation, and automatically record the result (answered / missed / rejected) when the call ends.
In addition, on the Call Records screen, you can filter calls by customer, operator, call type, and date range, and list the full call history together with duration and time information. This allows you to report team performance and call results more easily.
Note: Outbound calls (initiated by the business) are currently not supported in Türkiye. Therefore, calls can only be used in the inbound scenario (initiated by the customer).
