Feature Descriptions

1. Ads Management module has been launched.

Helorobo now supports Meta Ads integration. Users can connect their ad accounts, manage their campaigns directly through Helorobo, view performance metrics, and perform audience optimization.

2. Updating the chat profile has been made optional.

The requirement for automatically updating chat profiles based on Meta data has been removed. Profile information can now be edited optionally. You can access it from App Settings > Company Settings.

3. Guided steps added for channel setup.

Guided instructions have been added to help users proceed step by step during the channel connection process.

4. Dummy Chat feature added.

A test (dummy) chat creation feature has been added to the HeloRobo platform. This allows users to test their flows and messaging scenarios before going live.

5. Azerbaijani language support added.

Helorobo’s interface and system messages can now be displayed in Azerbaijani. Language selection can be done from the user profile language menu.

6. Automatic setup via the website has been activated.

Users can now complete the Helorobo panel setup automatically through our corporate website

7. Forward Message feature added.

Users can now forward an incoming message to another person. The message is forwarded while preserving its original format.
