New Features ​

  1. Added Chat Count and Answered Chat Count metrics to the General Reports screen.
  2. Credit purchasing is now active in the Ads module.
  3. Added message filtering based on the number of unread messages.

Improvements & Fixes ​

  1. Various UI and functional adjustments were made on the channel addition screen.
  2. Performance and accuracy improvements were applied to the message search process.

Feature Descriptions ​

  1. Added Chat Count and Answered Chat Count metrics to the General Reports screen.

The General Reports screen now displays the total number of chats and the number of chats answered by operators for the selected date range. These metrics provide clearer visibility for performance analysis and workload tracking.

  1. Credit purchasing is now active in the Ads module.

Credit purchasing for the Ads module can now be done directly through the system. This allows users to continue their ad campaigns without interruption and manage them more flexibly.

  1. Message filtering based on unread message count has been added.

On the AgentApp screen, a new filtering feature allows chats to be listed based on their unread message count. This improvement helps operators easily identify conversations that haven't been responded to.

The Forbidden Words Report has been completed in its beta version. You can now view in detail which forbidden word was used, in which chat, by which user, and on which date. This provides faster and more transparent analysis processes.
