Feature Details
OTP Message Template Creation and Sending Feature
OTP (one-time password) processes are now customizable. Users can create their own OTP message templates and automatically send verification messages using these templates.
With the new template creation screen, users can easily create OTP messages under a dedicated category.
Additionally:
- Code validity duration (minutes)
- Message delivery time (seconds)
- Button action types
and many other configurations can be used when preparing OTP messages.
Advanced AI Settings Added to Helobot
IMPORTANT
Due to infrastructure improvements and updates in Helobot, previously non-working knowledge bases (KB) must be re-uploaded. If you encounter errors, please re-upload your datasets.
You can now easily select your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic), switch between different models, and integrate your own API key. In addition, you can fully customize bot behavior with a custom system prompt tailored to your brand and use case.
The new version also introduces automatic custom message handling for unsupported content, enabling a more controlled and corporate user experience.
