Feature Details
- Abandoned Cart Reminder Message for Site Integration feature has been added
An Integration-Based sending option has been added under the "Abandoned Cart Reminder" tab on the Integration page. With this feature, companies that integrate their e-commerce sites with HeloRobo can automatically send reminder messages via WhatsApp when customers leave items in their cart without completing the purchase.

- Utility Message Sending feature has been enhanced.
Previously, only Marketing message types were supported in message template sending. With this update, support for Utility message types has also been added. Users can now send informational messages such as order notifications, shipment tracking, and payment reminders via templates.

- Template Message Editing feature has been enhanced
The Template Message Editing feature has been improved. With this update, users can edit the content of previously created message templates once per day. This allows quick adjustments without needing to delete and recreate the template.

- Sending Template Messages in Lead Center feature has been enhanced.
The Message Sending feature has been added to the Lead Center. With this update, template messages can be sent directly to leads, and conversations can be initiated through templates. This allows users to quickly establish the first contact with potential customers via WhatsApp during the lead stage.

- Model Selection and Unsupported Content Message features have been enhanced in the Helobot project.
Enhancements in the Helobot project are ongoing. With the Model Selection feature, users can choose the AI model to be used during dataset creation based on their needs. With the Unsupported Content Message feature, when the bot cannot respond to certain message types (such as images, videos, audio, etc.), an automatic informational message is sent to the customer. This helps customers understand why their message was not answered and guides them to continue communication in a supported format.
