- AI support for Marketplaces has been enhanced.
You can create AI-powered responses for customer inquiries coming from marketplaces. The AI generates responses based on the defined knowledge base, enabling fast and consistent answers to frequently asked questions.
During defined working hours, AI-generated responses can be submitted for approval to authorized agents. Agents can review the responses, make necessary edits, and approve them before they are sent to the customer.
Outside of working hours, AI-generated responses can be sent to customers automatically, ensuring uninterrupted communication and fast response times. With this structure, automation and human control are managed in a balanced way, increasing customer satisfaction.
- New Template Types have been added for Facebook Template messages.
Facebook Messenger Template Message types (Text, Media, Button, Generic, etc.) have been integrated into Helorobo. With this enhancement, you can view and manage template messages sent via the Facebook Messenger channel.
