It is a type of message provided by the WhatsApp messaging application. It is of the same type as a regular WhatsApp message.

Use Cases

• Sending a normal Whatsapp message,

it can be used as needed.

Important Details

• The message length in this message type can be a maximum of 1024 characters.
• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, after sending this message, your flow moves to the Nodes connected to this Node without waiting for a response from your customer.

• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, your flow waits for a response from your customer after sending this message and after receiving a response, it moves to the Nodes connected to this Node.
