It's a type of message offered by the LiveChat messaging application, providing various options.

Use Cases

• Sending more detailed messages to customers with different options and including Text, Image, Video, Audio and Document in the content,
• Directing customers to different actions based on the buttons in the message,

it can be used as needed.

Important Details

• The maximum number of buttons can be 10, minimum 1.
• In this message type, if the customer sends another message without selecting one of the specified buttons, the flow continues from the red-labeled button at the bottom of this Node. If there is no Node connected to the red-labeled button, the flow ends.
