It is a type of message provided by the WhatsApp messaging application. It includes Image, Video, and File along with text.

Use Cases

• Sending a Whatsapp message to your customer containing Image, Video or File along with the text,

it can be used as needed.

Important Details

• The text length in this message type can be a maximum of 1024 characters.
• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, after sending this message, your flow moves to the Nodes connected to this Node without waiting for a response from your customer.

• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, your flow waits for a response from your customer after sending this message, and after receiving a response, it moves to the Nodes connected to this Node.
