Ask Question

With this Node, we can ask questions to our customers. By storing the responses we receive from our customers in the variable selected within the Node, we can establish more effective communication with our customers across other Nodes in our flow.

As seen in the image above, there is the question at the top and the variable name where the customer's initial response will be stored below.

Use Cases

• Asking questions to our customers and utilizing their responses across other Nodes in the flow (such as addressing the customer by name in other Nodes),

it can be used as needed.

Important Details

• After this Node is sent to the customer, only the initial response from the customer will be written to the variable within the Node.
