• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, after sending this message, your flow moves to the Nodes connected to this Node without waiting for a response from your customer.

• If the button at the bottom right of the Node is in the position indicated in red in the image below, your flow waits for a response from your customer after sending this message, and after receiving a response, it moves to the Nodes connected to this Node.
