Get Last Customer Message

Transfers the content, message type, media information and other details of the customer's last message into variables so they can be used within the flow.

Important Details

• This node does not depend on whether the customer sent a message before or after the node was executed. It uses the most recent message sent by the customer at the moment the node runs.
